Problem
Possible causes

Ghosting in characters or
blurry image
Wrong sharpness setting
Check the sharpness setting in the Picture Menu. Set
the sharpness to the default value of 50.
Black screen
Display lost video signal
and DPMS is active
If the display lost the input of the video signal, the dis-
play activates sleep mode when the DPMS is enabled.
Disable DPMS in the Setup Menu.
No valid video signal on
selected video input
Check if you have selected a video input with a valid
video signal.
No transmitter found
The primary display is
OFF, or the cable from
the video source is not
connected, or the video
source is OFF.
Verify the primary display is ON or source signal is
connected.
No image on display after
changing input resolution
The primary or second-
ary display cannot lock
to the video signal.
Cycle the
Radiance® Ultra 32" 4K ZeroWire Duo
dis-
play power.
Fails to establish link after
attempting to pair
The primary and second-
ary display cannot nego-
tiate the RF Channel to

Follow the Transmitter-Receiver alignment recom-
mendations under Positioning and Orientation.
DVI or SDI connections
Confirm that the cables are properly connected.
Unsupported video
mode
Verify that the applied video mode is supported. See
Supported Video Modes.
DVI or SDI cables
Replace the cables one at a time and check the video
display.
If the video signal displays properly after a cable is re-
placed, discard the cable you just replaced.
Crosstalk
See Avoiding Co-Channel Interference.
Low signal strength
See Signal Strength and OSD Diagnostic Messages.
The primary and second-
ary display are switched
Verify that the video source is connected to the
primary display, not to the secondary display.
