The contents of the Tool set depends on the available modules. It may con-

b) AFM High Resolution Sample Kit (option) with Grid: 660 nm,
Graphite (HOPG) sample on sample support
c) AFM Basic Sample Kit (option, no longer available) with CD-ROM
