5. OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Upon centrifugal operation, place the centrifugal vessel (centrifugal bottle, centrifugal
test tube etc.) containing equal-part test liquid symmetrically in the centrifugal holes
around the rotor and separate the test liquid under the centrifugal force generated
through high speed rotation of the rotor driven by the electric motor. The magnitude of
its relative centrifugal force (RCF) depends on the rotary diameter r and speed n during
the centrifugation of the sample, its calculating formula is as follows:
