7. USE AND OPERATION
Preparation and checks prior to use
Under the condition of apparatus power-off, gently press the door button on the right
side of the apparatus with right hand, meanwhile gently pull the centrifuge door cover
with left hand so that the door cover is opened upward.
Turn the rotor with hands, the rotation should be light and flexible. Tighten the nut on
the rotor with a wrench, don’t put it into the balanced test tube until there is no abnormal
phenomenon.
Attention: When placing the test tubes, be sure to place them into the rotor symmetri-
cally, if the number of centrifugal tubes is not even, use empty test tubes and fill water
into them so as to make the number of the tubes to be even. Otherwise, machine vibration
will take place during the centrifugation, which may damage the machine!
1 Display.:
Displays relevant setting status, when a status is enabled, the corresponding
indication lamp turns on.
2 Min.:
Used for setting the time required for sample centrifugation, the unit is minute
or continuous running.
3 Speed:
Used for setting the rotating speed required in the process of sample centrifu-
gation
4 RCF:
Displays the centrifugal force at current speed, and can be used for setting the
centrifugal force required in the process of sample centrifugation

ne or “stop” button on the operating panel. In the event there happens the phenomenon
like power failure midway or forced cutoff of power switch of the main machine etc., don’t
open the door immediately, it must be opened only after the motor has stopped rotation
(for about 5~10 min).
Each time after the centrifuging process finishes, the centrifuge will wait for the user to
open the door and take the sample, if the centrifuge continues centrifuging without the
door opening, it will not respond.
1.3 After finishing use, take care to protect the apparatus, particularly the rotor and cen-
trifugal pipe so as to prevent it from corrosion due to contamination by acid or alkali
liquid.
1.4 The once continuous running of the centrifuge should advisably not exceed 60 min.
Working conditions.
In order to ensure stable and reliable operation and normal functioning of the centrifu-
ge, make sure to ensure it meets the following conditions:
Ambient temperature: 5ºC~40ºC
Relative humidity: ≤80%
Supply voltage: 220V±22V, 50Hz±1Hz
The service environment should be well ventilated, and no foreign matters like dust,
flocks, metal chips etc. enter into the centrifuge.
Resistant to corrosive gas and strong electromagnetic interference.
When using it, place it on a firm and level operating platform which is resistant to vibra-
tion.
Transport and storage conditions
According to the requirements of ordering contract, the centrifuge should be transpor-
ted under the packed condition, during the transportation, the centrifuge should be pre-
vented from fierce impact, rain and strong sunshine.
Completely packed centrifuge should be stored in well-ventilated room with relative
humidity not higher than 80% and without corrosive gas.
