System Settings

Deleting functions from the Basic Function Menu

Press <Menu>.

Press [Settings].

Select “Management” and press [Enter].

Select “Basic Function Menu Settings” and press [Enter].

Select “Copy mode” and press [Enter].

Select “Delete” and press [Enter].

Select function you want to delete and press [Enter].

When the confirmation screen appears, press [Yes].

The function you selected is deleted from the Basic Function Menu.

NOTE

To return the Basic Function Menu to the factory settings, select [Initialize] in step 6.

Using the Soft Keys

Use the Soft Keys on the control panel as shortcuts to functions you use frequently. There are three Soft Keys.
The factory settings for them are “Speed Dial”, “Monitor”, and “List”.

Changing the functions allocated to the Soft Keys

Press <Menu>.

Press [Settings].

Select “Management” and press [Enter].
