Group transmission

When you often transmit to the same multiple destinations, you can specify them in one operation by registering
them as a group.
To use this function, you need to register group dials.



"Registering group dial," page 59.

Switch to fax mode.

Load your document.

Press <Menu>.

Select “Group” and press [Enter].

Enter the two-digit group number using the numeric keys and press [Enter].

Enter 00 in the group number to specify all groups (01 to 32).

Press <Start>.

NOTE

After entering the group number, press [Location] to check destinations and delete if necessary.
