Quick Troubleshooting guide
Network Connection self check functions�
On
“Power Up” the Multicom Logo LEDs act as a
network connection status guide, turning on from
left to right, as each connection step is completed.
The Logo LEDs may be used to diagnose
networking faults and indicate which network
connection step has failed to complete. The table
below is a reference guide used to describe and
resolve networking failures.

Check the Ethernet cable and check the
network device is compatible with 10/100
Ethernet.
The fault condition may only be seen
after a power cycle. It is best practice
to reboot the NTD device every time
you update the network settings to
retest the connection.
