Concept of the Station Manager Application Creating a Parameter Set
Selecting and Saving Parameter Sets
You select a Parameter Set when you open your Station Configuration. It is a good idea to save your
parameter set periodically during station setup as you make changes in the Station Manager
application.

How MTS Files Work Together
The basic workflow is as follows:
l
You use the Station Manager application to open a Station Configuration.
l
You select a Parameter Set (which includes specific Sensor Calibration files) for your Station
Configuration.
l
You use the Station Manager application to optimize your Station Configuration for the test
you desire to run.
l
While keeping the Station Manager application running, you use the Multipurpose Express
application to select the Test Procedure appropriate for your test.
l
You start the test with the Multipurpose Express application.
l
You create a Test Report with the Multipurpose Express application.
