If, for example, lines SEL-1 and SEL-2 are active at the same time, IN-1 is
displayed as SEL-1 is higher priority than control line SEL-2.
Note:
Control line SEL-3 can also be configured as an output (see chapter “External
switch output”).
6.3 Indicator function
The indicator function allows the use of a connection line from a direction of
travel display (indicator line) as the control line to switch between video signals.
This uses input IN-2 and control line SEL-2 (see also “Application examples”
chapter). The monitor can be configured as follows to make sure the images are
not switched in sync with the indicator signal.
Press the “On-screen menu” button.
The on-screen menu is displayed.
Press the “Decrease” button and select the “Indicator IN-2”
line.
Press the “On-screen menu” button and check the box.
Press the “Decrease” button and select the “Exit” line.
Press the “On-screen menu” button.
This exits the on-screen menu. If no buttons are pressed,
then the menu automatically exits after about 10 seconds.
The system now switches from IN-2 to IN-1 with a delay of
approximately 2 seconds.
