NOTE:

RS-485 serial communications uses a voltage differential signal that

requires proper termination with a 120 ohm resistor across pins 2 and 3 at both
ends of the network cable. This follows RS-485 standards for biasing to ensure reli-
able performance. The termination can be created by adding the resistor to CBLIP-
COM-FL Flying Lead cables or to off-the-shelf connectors.

USB Connector and Cable

As shown in following figure, there is a micro USB (micro-B) connector located under a pro-
tective cover on top of the motor. An LED indicator is also provided, which shows the
status/activity for that connector.
