produced, installed or attached by anyone other than MONTEREY BOATS.

and/or operated outside the United States.

Any boat which has previously been repossessed from an authorized MONTEREY BOATS dealer. However,

this exclusion shall not affect the Lifetime Limited Structural Hull and Deck Warranty set forth above.

ALL GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM

THIS WARRANTY AND ARE TOTALLY DISCLAIMED BY MONTEREY BOATS. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE PARTIES

THAT THE OWNER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS

ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE COMPONENT PARTS AND THAT NO OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE REMEDIES SHALL BE
