Vacuum Test
The Vacuum Test function is primarily to be used for checking the tightness of the assembled
system.

1. Make sure that the vacuum/air pressure hose

is properly connected between the
device and the air pressure or vacuum source and that the sense hose

, and the vacuum
chamber hose

are properly connected between the device and the appropriate
connectors on the desiccator adapter

.
2. Check that the O-ring

is fitted properly in the adapter

, then connect it to the
connector on the desiccator lid

.
3. Check that the O-ring

is fitted properly in the groove in the tub

and at the same
time apply a small amount of grease to the O-ring if necessary.
4. Place the lid

on the tub

. Make sure that the lid is placed inside the edge of the tub all
the way around (see detail).
5. In the Test & Adjustments menu....

...select Vacuum Test .
