Mobidiag’s Patents and other Intellectual Property Rights
No rights in and to Mobidiag’s intellectual property rights are transferred or licensed to customer except for the
limited license granted for the customer’s use of the Novodiag® Software in accordance with the Mobidiag EULA.
The Novodiag® System and Novodiag® Tests are protected through multiple patents and patent applications
owned by Mobidiag and its subsidiaries. Without prejudice to the proprietary rights of Mobidiag or of its
subsidiaries regarding the aforementioned patents and patent applications, the customer has right to use the
Novodiag® System and Novodiag® Tests in its own facilities in accordance with the most recent version of
Mobidiag’s User Manual and Instructions for Use.
Mobidiag’s products may not be copied, reverse-compiled, reverse-assembled or reverse-engineered.
Limited License to Novodiag®
Software
Mobidiag grants to the customer a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferrable and non-sublicensable right and
license to use the Novodiag® Software provided by Mobidiag in accordance with the Mobidiag EULA. The
customer will acquaint itself with the terms and conditions of the Mobidiag EULA before using the Novodiag®
Software.
The sole legal manufacturer of Novodiag® Instrument, Novodiag® Software and Novodiag® Tests is
Mobidiag Oy, Keilaranta 16A, FI-02150 Espoo, Finland ("
Mobidiag
").
