7.1.2 Emergency procedure defective Linear actuator Farmpacker M100T
If for any reason the moving bar is defective, there is a emergency procedure to be able to run the
Farmpacker without Linear actuator.
Procedure:
1. Set dipswitch Bar Service SW4-2 to On-position, see fig. 25 (1).
2. LED Service Mode is on See fig. 26 (4)
3. Remove the Linear actuator drive-rod from the Unlock unit or remove the linear actuator completely.
4. Fix the position Unlock unit to speed position 27K (Use prepared hole in unlock frame)
5. Set the machine speed to 27K.
6. Start machine.
NOTE
a
Make sure the machine accelerate and decelerate empty because the eggs will not drop
correctly. As the machine run’s it is normally packing eggs on slow speed.
