Training manual , MOBA Farmpacker M100T

Infeed section

The signals of the infeed are connected to a board MSW4. This board is connected by a 37 Pole plug on
X5 of the MSW1.

•

DL 87 (7), 24V DC fused by 500mA, is connected to X5-1 and X5-20 used for sensors and switches.

•

DL 86 (6), 24V DC fused by 500mA, is connected to X5-14 this voltage is used by the display.

Packling lane section

The signals of the infeed are connected to a board MSW4. This board is connected by a 37 Pole plug on
X7 of the MSW1.

•

DL 88 (9), 24V DC fused by 500mA is connected to X5-1 and X5-20 used for sensors and switches.

•

DL 89 (10), 24V DC fused by 140mA is connected to X5-29 this voltage is used by the Stacker (TS10
stopped).

•

The output X7-12, 24V Emergency stop circuit to the Stacker, is fused separately by 500mA.

NOTE

All signal outputs of the MSW1 are protected on 75 mA
