10.0.5 Lane does not pull-up correctly, dropset moves down and pull-up too slow
Check following:
- Disc Row sensor - Input X11-2, DL50
- Disc Home sensor - Input X11-1, DL49
NOTE
a
This signal must also arrive at the LUST controller. Check this!
10.0.6 Dropset does not stop, eggs go to the end of the machine.
Error message on display.
Check following:
- Dropset Stop sensor - Input DL21
NOTE
a
Solve the problem and pull-up the frame until the dropset arrives in up-position.
In case the error does not disappear, switch main power off and on again.
10.0.7 Lane does not Initialize
After power-up, the packing lane start to move and does not stop.
Check following:
- Disc Row sensor - Input X11-2, DL50
- Disc Home sensor - Input X11-1, DL49
- Missing belt
NOTE

This signal must also arrive at the LUST controller. Check this!
The Dropset keeps on moving down and up even if there are no eggs.
After approx. 3 strokes it stops.Pullup of the frame does not help and the
linear actuator does not move at all.
