7.1.1 Power supply and automatic thermal fuses
The main power supply enters the board on X1-1 (24VDC) and X1-2 (Gnd). Input X-1(3) is use for
shielding. See fig. 24(1).
On the board several power supplies are created.
• 24V (2)
• 5V (3)
• 3v3 (4)
• 2V5 (5)
Once the Xilinx is running it will switch on the main power supply of major output signals DL-1 (8) like:
- Unlock magnets
- Control panel
- Dropset Clutch
- Motor relays and brake
The power supply for the Packing lane and the infeed conveyor is also distributed from the MSW1.
These power supplies have thermal fuses on board of the MSW1.
NOTE
a
After an overload, the automatic fuses will restore as the current reduces
