when an internal error has occurred.

17 Temperature warning

when the temperatures of any module is outside the normal
range. Output is

when all temperatures are within the normal range.
18 Standby
Output turns
ON
when the laser is first turned on indicating that all laser
systems are functional and have passed the power-on tests. Output also toggles
ON
after the LD cooling period is complete.

when the serial counter reaches the end value. When the
serial counter is reset (to either the minimum or maximum value), the output
