Air Filter Inspection and Replacement 

Always inspect the air filters on the front of the Control Unit and side of the Oscillator before starting 
the equipment. If these filters are dusty, clean by using a small vacuum. 

Every 1-6 months, remove the air filter on the Control unit and wash in a mild detergent solution. (The 
operating environment will determine the level of soiling.) 

If the air filters become clogged, internal temperatures may rise, leading to operational malfunctions.  
Keep the air filters clean. 

Control Unit Air Filter 

1. Remove the front cover by removing the 

screws at the bottom and lifting. 

2. Remove the fixtures by spreading the 

four ends of the fixtures (circled in the 
figure) in the directions shown by the 
arrows.

3. Remove the air filter from the cover. 

Clean the filter in a mild detergent 
solution and allow to dry completely.  

4. Remount the air filter on the front cover.  

5. Insert the fixtures to secure the air filter.

Remove the air filter cover by pulling 
forward on the side finger tab. 

2.

Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust 
from the filter. 

3.

Re-attach the cover to the Oscillator.
