Function Introduction 

User can adjust time if it is not correct in system.

3-2-30    Manager / Secretary Call Group 

Function Introduction 

The function can prevent the unnecessary calls from interrupting the manager. All incoming calls to the 
Manager can be firstly transferred to the secretary. The Secretary can pick the valued calls for the manager. 

 
Operation Instruction 

Inter call or external call to Manager 

→

 Extension of Secretary ring 

→

 the Secretary go  off-hook and 

make a conversation with the calling party 

→

  The Secretary flash Hookwitch or “ 

FLASH

” key    and holding 

the call. (The caller party can hear music.), then press “#XXXX”( “XXXX” stand for manager’s extension 
number.) 

→

  The Secretary hear    ringing back two times and to on-hook 

→

  The Manager can talk with the 

caller party. 
 

Note:

  The function is effective only when Do-not –Disturb function is set on manager’s extension and   

Manager –Secretary group must set at System Program 25.

  User can only set 8 groups Manager – Secretary call.

Function Introduction 

There’s 4-duration fixed Chinese welcome message and optional recordable 4-duration inside, total 
8-durations. The recordable 4-duration is total 50seconds,which can record any kind of language by users.
