* The function instruction is set at outside line column of System Program 09, 10. System can appoint some
extension to ring at
daytime (set at System Program 09) and some extension rings at nighttime (set at
System Program 10). There are two type of switch mode – operator assistance switch mode (it is effective
to operation only at port No. 001) and system automation switch mode. In order to implement system
automation switch mode, must set the first digit of System Program 04 to be “1” and system time is set as
present time.(set at System Program 00 ). And switching time is set at the sixth digit of System Program
08 and it is 24 hours mode.

represents all extensions.
* “ ***-1-11111111” stands for: “***”- stands for all extensions, “1”- stands for the first group of outside
line, There only can be displayed 8 outside line telephone number once at key phone. “11111111” –all
eight outside lines can call out. Every “1” of “11111111” means outside line can rout out, and “0” means
outside line cannot rout out. The first “ 1” stands for the first outside line, the second “2” stands for the
second outside line and so on.
* Time duration switching is set only by key phone and 3S soft. Time also can switch at port No. 001 by
inputting operation instruction. Switching instruction: “ ##781” at daytime, “ ##782” at nighttime.
Program procedure
Operation at key phone
On hook-on status,
press “CHECK” key three times and input system password “1234567”. Then input
purpose System Program09 or 10 and input purpose port No. after hear “du” identification tone. Then press
“TRFR” key once and cursor shifts to function
column and input relative digit for the function. If want to set
other special extension to dial out , Then press “TRFR” key once and cursor shifts to extension port No.,
and
repeat the above procedure. After confirm, press “ HOLD” key once and exit from System Program09 or 10
automatically. If still program other system item, input purpose item No. . Otherwise, press “CLEAR” key
once and exit from system or hook on or off to exit.
For example: Only the first 8 outside lines can dial out at extension 8001 of extension port No.
001 at daytime. All outside lines can not rout out at any extension. System can switch between
daytime and nighttime automatically. The daytime is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Other time is set
for nighttime.
On hook-on status, press “CHECK” key three times - input system password “1234567”-09-001- press
“TRFR” key-11111111- press “ HOLD” key-10- ***-press “TRFR” key-00000000- press “HOLD” key-04-
10411- press “ HOLD” key-08-06- press “TRFR” key-1800- press “TRFR” key-0800- press “ HOLD” key-
press “CLEAR” key and exit.
Operation at single line phone
Hook off, input “##787” and input system password “1234567”. Then input purpose System Program09 or
10 and input purpose port No. after hear “du” identification tone. Then press “*” key once and cursor shifts
to function
column and input relative digit for the function. If want to set other special extension to dial out ,
Then press “*” key once and cursor shifts to extension port No.,
and repeat the above procedure. After
confirm, press “ #” key once and exit from System Program09 or 10 automatically. If still program other
system item, input purpose item No. . Otherwise, hook on to exit.
