The first digit stands for use status of Trunk line port__ “0” stands for the Trunk line port is not used.
“1” stands for the trunk. line port is used. “2” stands for the trunk. line port is used with Caller ID.
The second digit stands for Caller ID Delay Time __ “0”stands for 3 seconds. “1” stands for 5 seconds and
“ 2” stands for 10 seconds.
* When users want to outside line Caller ID, must apply for Telecom Carrier the function to open the
function.
If also want the outside line telephone number is displayed at extension , the extension telephone must
support DTMF with caller ID and set as extension caller ID mode.
Program Procedure
Operation at key phone
On hook-on status,
press “CHECK” key three times and input system password “1234567”. Then input
purpose System Program01 and input purpose Trunk line port No X (X stands for Trunk line port No..**
stands for all Trunk line port from “1” to “8”. ) after hear “du” identification tone. Then press “TRFR” key
once and cursor shifts to program status
column and input “20030”, finishing inputting means finishing
program. If want to change other Trunk line port , Then press “TRFR” key once and cursor shifts to Trunk
line port No. Column and input Trunk line port No. XX or X ,
and repeat the above procedure. After confirm,
press “ HOLD” key once and exit from System Program01 automatically. If still program other system item,
input purpose item No. . Otherwise, press “CLEAR” key once and exit from system or hook on or off to exit.
For example: Set Trunk line port No. 01 with Caller ID .
On hook-on status,
press “CHECK” key three times - input system password “1234567”- 01-1 - press
“TRFR” key-20030- press “ HOLD” key -press “CLEAR” key once and exit .
Operation at single line phone
Hook off , input “ ##787” and system password “1234567”. Then input purpose System Program01 and
input purpose Trunk line port No X ( X stands for Trunk line port no. from “1” to “8”.** stands for all Trunk
line port. ) after hear “du” identification tone. Then press “*” key once and cursor shifts to program status
column and input “20030”, finishing inputting means finishing program. If want to change other Trunk line
port , Then press “*” key once and cursor shifts to Trunk line port No. Column and input Trunk line port No.
XX ,
and repeat the above procedure. After confirm, press “ #” key once and exit from System Program01
automatically. If still program other system item, input purpose item No. . Otherwise, hook on to exit.
For example: Set Trunk line port No. 01 with Caller ID .
Hook off , input “ ##787” - input system password “1234567”- 01-1 - press “*” key-20030-press “ #” key
- hook on to exit.
