Function Introduction 

Charge rate is the unit price of long distance call during a certain time. There are the following three kind 

of  

charge rate a : for international long distance call , for domestic long distance call and local call. 
 

Default Setting 

At program Item No. 30, set unit price is 

￥

0.80 per 6 seconds for all international call charge rate except 

Hong Kong, Marco and Taiwan, which is 

￥

0.20 per 6 seconds. At program item No. 31, set 

￥

0.07 per 6 

seconds for all domestic call charge rate. At program item No. 32, set 

￥

0.07 per minute for city call. 

 

Notice 

* The charge rate of 3S management soft is same as the rate set in the system. In order to use more 
conveniently, we suggest users set the charge rate of 3S management soft on computer. System set 
charge rate at item No. 30, 31 and 32 so that deposit and inquire call charge at key phone. 
* At System Program 30, unit time is 6 seconds. At System Program 31, unit time of domestic price is 6 
seconds. At System Program 32, unit time for city price is one minutes. 
* Setting charge rate at System Program 30 as the following procedure: 00852-00.20-1, the first 
column-00852 stands for Hong Kong area code. At the fist column, inputting “852” is ok, because system 
default is “ 00”. The second column is for unit price. Unit time is 6 seconds, 00.20 means the unit price is 
0.20 per 6 seconds. The third column is set for whether open IP function- “1” means open; “0” means 
restrict. 
* Setting charge rate at System Program 31 as the following procedure: 010-00.07-1, the first 
column-010stands for Beijing area code. At the fist column, inputting “10” is ok, because default of the 
first digit is “0”. The second column is for unit price. 
Unit time is 6 seconds, 00.07 means the    unit price is 0.07 per 6 seconds. The third column is set for 
whether open IP function- “1” means open; “0” means restrict. 
* Setting charge rate at System Program 32 as the following procedure : 1-00.14/1 minute, the first 
column-1stands for the first city telephone number. The second column is for unit price. Unit time is one 
minutes, 00.14 means the unit price is 00.14 per minute.   
The default unit time is 1 minute, users can revise it to be 2 minutes or 3 minutes according their 
requirement. 

 
Program Procedure 

 

Operation at key phone 

On hook-on status, press “CHECK” key three times and input system password “1234567”. Then input 
purpose System Program after hear “du” identification tone. Then input purpose area code, then press 
“TRFR” key and cursor shifts to area type column and input relative number, which can be 30 , 31 or32. 
Then press “TRFR” key and input purpose area code, then press “TRFR” key and cursor shifts to charge rate 
column and input relative charge rate. If want to revise other area code, repeat the above procedure. After 
confirm, press “ HOLD” key once and exit from the system item program. If still program other system item, 
input purpose item No. . Otherwise, press “CLEAR” key once and exit from system or hook on or off to exit.     
 

For example: Setting charge rate to be 2.5/minutes for area code “00853 ”. Setting charge rate 
to be 0.80/minutes for area code “ 0757 ” and charge rate to be 0.50 for the leading city 
telephone number is “8”. 

On hook-on status, press “CHECK” key three times – 1234567- 30-853- Press “TRFR” key once
