Hook off, input“ ##787 ” and input system password “1234567”. Then input purpose System Program22
and input purpose port No. after hear “du” identification tone. Then press “*” key once and cursor shifts to

Function Introduction
When all incoming calls route an extension, the extension can not ring, but open the hand-free . It is widely
used for manager- secretary communication. If start the function at manager’s extension, at which key
phone is used. Secretary calls the manager and the manager’s extension can not ring. Then the manager
can press “hand-free” key and communicate with the secretary. After finishing the conversation, the
manager can end once the secretary hooks on.
Default Setting
*** - 30001
The function is restricted at all extensions.
Note:
* The function instruction is set at the second digit at System Program 22.Because there are several
function instruction set at the system item, don’t change other non-relative digit. Otherwise, will effect
other function to be implemented. The biggest trouble cause intruding and disconnecting to be
non-effective. System will show wrong language at key phone. And call-waiting notice and alert function is
non-effective at single line phone.

stands for answer automatically is restricted at
extension ,at which key phone is used and caller ID is restricted at extension at single line phone; “1”
stands for answer automatically is started at extension , at which key phone is used and caller ID is started
