Cannot connect to Pi5500 with Fiery utilities
If clients cannot connect to the Pi5500 with Fiery utilities, check the following:
• Pi5500 Setup—the appropriate network protocol must be enabled, with the correct
parameters (for example, for TCP/IP, the IP address), and you must have published
the Print queue.
• On the client workstation—the appropriate network protocol(s) must be loaded,
and your Windows folder should contain a configured Efinl.ini file.
