•
Unscrew the crosswise screws of the vacuum housing and remove them.
•
Remove the vacuum housing.

Loosen the screws of the distributor disc and remove them.
•
Remove the distributor disc from the vacuum housing.
•
Loosen the screws on the valve module and remove them.
•
Remove the valve module from the distributor disc.
•
Clean the working area.
•
Wipe with a cloth and a suitable cleaning agent.
•
Blow out with compressed air.
•
Clean the distributor disc.
•
Clean the vacuum housing.
•
Clean the valve module.
•
Grease the new O-ring and insert into the central body.
•
Grease the new O-ring and insert into the vacuum housing.
•
Screw the valve module onto distributor disc and secure with Loctite 222.

Apply sealing paste on the vacuum housing
•
Apply anti-friction product on threads and fits (excluding sealing fits) for stainless steel.
•
Position the vacuum housing and tighten the crosswise screws to the torque indicated in the following
table.

Switching off

The shut-off fittings in the suction and exhaust lines are completely open.
•
Ventilate the working area on the suction side.
•
Switch off the motor and simultaneously shut off the operating fluid supply on the operator's side.
•
Close the shut-off fittings on the suction and exhaust side.
•
Close the shut-off fittings for the operating liquid.
Switching off the electrical system

The vacuum pump is depressurised.
•
Switch off the power supply.
•
Secure against restarting.
•
Wait five minutes.
•
Dismantle the power supply connection.
•
Dismantle any sensors present.
•
Dismantle the earth terminal.
•
Secure the cable ends.
•
Plug the connections.
Removal of pipes
Opening of the pipe connections.
Outlet of conveyed, auxiliary and supply product that is hot, toxic or irritating.

Comply with the regulations in force.
Tilt the pump.
Crush danger due to falling or slipping.

Observe weight specifications.
Operating fluid outlet
Environmental damage
➢
Properly collect and dispose of spilled operating fluids.
