Assembly and Disassembly
5.1 Assembly Instructions
5.1.1 Unpacking the Machine
INFORMATION
Protect the environment. All packing is recyclable.
5.1.2 Assembling the Machine
Ensure proper handling of the equipment.
• Place the machine in such a way that mounting, maintenance and repair can take place properly
and without any adverse consequences.
• Prepare welding table and table mount to ensure mounting of the machine on a level and stable
base.
• Adjust and level up table mount and torch suspension to ensure a stable base for the machine.
IMPORTANT
There must be a minimum of 500 mm free area between the robot’s
operating range (welding table, robot arm, fixing device and workpiece) and
fixed building parts, constructions, supply facilities as well as other
machines and equipment.
WARNING
Only specially trained staff must mount the equipment.
WARNING
The Wire feed unit is not to be mounted until the Robot-unit is securely bolted onto
the worktable.
HF ignition involve a risk of electric shock and a risk of
interference/damage to electronic circuit.
It is important that the robot and the welding machine have a correct and effective
earth connection, and that the earth connection of the power source (W)
is connected to the workpiece.
Insufficient grounding or earth connection may cause interference or damage to
electronic circuit, or damage to the electrical installation.
