Open installation tab, select URCaps, this page shows the main settings. 
 

 

 

 

Funktion 

Beskrivelse 

Reload license  

By pressing the reload license button, the license is reloaded 

 

The icon indicates that an error has occurred with the USB 
key. Try to take the key out and insert it again and press 
reload license. If the icon does not change, contact your 
nearest Migatronic dealer. 

 

This icon means that the USB key is inserted in the robot 
controller. The module is installed and is active on your robot.

 

This icon means that the USB key is either missing or not 
connected to the robot.  

 

This icon means that the USB key inserted in the robot 
matches a robot with a different serial number.  

Robot serial number  

Indicates the serial number of the robot 

Key ID: 

Indicates the ID of the license key 

URCap version 

Indicates the different software versions of URCap’s 

Response time from power supply 

The robot stops after x number of seconds if it is have a 
signal from the power source. (at start)  

Missing Arc detection time 

How long in seconds to elapse between that the robot lose 
signal until it stops. (during operation) 

Startup Arc detection time 

Time to achieve arc and start welding. (at each welding start) 

Numbers of retractions
