Problems with TwinDos
Problem Possible cause and remedy

Container  empty
One or both TwinDos containers are empty.
 Fill the container or containers with liquid
detergent or fabric softener or replace the
cartridge(s).
 Check if the laundry is clean. There may not have
been enough detergent.
Wash the items again if necessary.

Cartridge  almost
empty
The detergent in the cartridges is running low. There
are between 4 and 8 wash cycles remaining.

Order new cartridges.

Use "TwinDos" or
start Maintenance.


Use TwinDos for one of your next loads.
 Carry out the TwinDos maintenance programme as
