Switching off Keeping warm for a
cooking programme
Example: You have selected a function
and the required settings such as the
temperature.
You want to switch off the
Keeping
warm
function for this cooking
programme.
Drag down the pull-down menu.

is highlighted in orange.

.
Depending on the colour scheme,
Keeping warm
is highlighted in either
black or white.
The setting for the
Rapid cooling
function
does not change.
Close the pull-down menu.
The
Keeping warm
function is switched
off. Once the cooking process is
brought to an end, the door remains
closed. The cooling fan cools the food
and the oven compartment.
Crisp function
It is a good idea to use the
Crisp
function
function (moisture reduction)
when cooking food which has a moist
topping e.g. quiche, pizza, tray bakes
with fresh fruit toppings or muffins.
Poultry in particular gets a good crisp
skin with this function.
