Please note that data channel assignments, bit rates, settings,
etc., shown in figures 3-13 thru 3-17 are provided as examples
only. The top level main menu hierarchies listed in
Table 3-3 are
typical and will vary due to the factory settings ordered with your
SCM4000.
From the top level menu page, you descend into lower levels of
the menu hierarchy until the operational parameter required is
reached.
Each menu page has multiple selections available, with one
selection per line. Once you have navigated to the menu page
required, you can observe or change a parameter, as required.
To observe or change a parameter, different cursors are
displayed indicating different options available to you.
The selections available on any menu page can exceed the
number of lines physically displayed. The front panel firmware
creates a box that surrounds the complete set of lines on any
menu page.
