with contents in the following sequence: test step ID, voltage measurement,
current measurement, resistance measurement, determination results
where determination results are predefined codes with the meanings defined in the
table below:

3 Measurement value over upper limit
(determination FAIL)
4 Measurement value below lower limit
(determination FAIL)
5 Arc detection (determination FAIL)
6 Breaking point voltage (determination FAIL)
7 Voltage error (the difference between the
measured voltage and the voltage set is too
great)
8 Open circuit error

This command starts a test which functions the same as the TEST key in the front
panel
