Revision 8.6
SECTION 6 : OPERATION OF CONTROL PANEL
95
In any of the tests carried out by the system fails, the corresponding fault is displayed, while the brakes
remain closed, the only condition which causes a “brake release” fault to be displayed is if the stator
currents measured during this phase are below the value determined by the parameter “Brake Release
I”, which sets the required current to release the brakes in % of motor nominal current.
6.8.19
Error Code 100
This error code indicates a CPU reset due to the CPU failing to read a valid joystick
code due to possible noise interference caused by abnormal field conditions, or faulty
hardware.
6.8.20
Error Code 101
This error code indicates a watchdog reset of the CPU.
6.8.21
Error Code 102
This error code indicates a CPU brownout reset. The CPU power supply dropped
below 2,7V DC.
6.8.22
Error Code 103
This error code indicates a CPU reset due to an over flow of software posted
messages. This is an internal CPU protection which causes CPU reset.
6.8.23
Error Code 104
During powering up of the THYROMAT unit, the CPU failed to read a valid CRC from the
EEPROM, which retains the user parameter settings.
To reset this condition the user needs to do the following:
1) Push RST key, if fault still exists go to (2)
2) Power down, power up the unit, if the fault still exists go to (3)
3) Re-enter the user parameters and press SAVE key.
6.8.24
Error Code 106
This message code indicates that the control card software state called “motor state’ is
receiving invalid information for processing the next step in the control process.
Note
: In the event of any of the message codes persisting without being able to reset, the
control card needs to be replaced.
