ATTENTION
The stapling device can be damaged by repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
Make sure that repairs to the stapling device are performed only by the manufacturer.
Remove any staples from inside the stapler and clean the stapler.
•
Use a suitable tool to remove any visible staples in the staple exit opening. Do not overload
or damage the device! In difficult cases, open the magazine and pull the clips upwards.
•
Make sure that the staple exit opening is not damaged.
•
Replace damaged or worn stapler.
•
Reconnect compressed air
•
Make sure the air pressure is set correctly
17.1
Removing jammed staples
The stapling device has a removable cover
plate at the tip of the tool. This can be
used to remove jammed or deformed
staples from the tip of the tool.
To remove a jammed staples, proceed as
follows:
Disconnect the stapling device from the
compressed air supply.
Empty the magazine.
Unlock the clamp closure (1) and lift up
the cover plate (2).
Remove the jammed or deformed
staples.
Return the cover plate (2) to the
starting position and latch the clamp
closure (1).
Load the magazine as described
starting on page 17.
Connect the compressed air supply
(see page

).
Check the condition of the stapling device (see page 20).
If the fault cannot be corrected, contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
