Trabsporting over long distances
The following routes are considered to be “long distances” for transporting the
stapling device:
Distances of greater than 10 m
Routes over precarious ground
Routes to be taken with unusual posture
To transport the stapling device over long distances, proceed as follows:
Pack the stapling device in the included transport case.
Carry the transport case by the handle to the desired point of use.
Always set the transport case down horizontally, with the cover facing up.

Storage
Oil all metal parts of the stapling device with a thin layer of special oil.
Pack the stapling device in the transport case.
Store the stapling device in a dry location, protected against dust, at room temperature.

Maintaining the stapling device
Maintenance on the stapling device may be performed only by persons who have the necessary
knowledge, skills, and experience. All work not described here may be performed only by the
manufacturer’s customer service or at the manufacturer.
WARNING
Accidentally triggering while performing maintenance on the stapling device
can cause severe or fatal injury.
Disconnect the stapling device from the compressed air supply before
performing maintenance
Empty the magazine before performing.

Clean the housing and outer surfaces
ATTENTION
Damage to the stapling device or accessories from unsuitable cleaning agents.
Use only a cloth that is dry, slightly damp, or dampened with a mild soap solution for
cleaning.
16.1.1
Light soiling
Wipe down the housing of the stapling device with a dry cloth.
Oil all metal parts of the stapling device with a thin layer of special oil.
