9.4.1

First-fill and re-packing after major servicing

Metso Minerals Slurry pumps are lubricated with SKF LGMT3 before dispatch. When
renewing or re-fitting the bearings, they must again be re-packed with grease of the same
specification as detailed in Table 9.4.1-1. The required quantity for each bearing is
specified in Table 9.4.1-2.
