5.2.3.4  Speed 

The speed setting selects between 1000BaseX and 100BaseFX operating mode.   

This setting should be set to match the SFP device inserted. 

Alternatively, this can be set to AUTO, in which case the software will read the device type 

from the SFP and select either 1000BaseX or 100BaseFX determined by the information 

read back. 

 

5.2.3.5  Auto Negotiation 

When operating in 1000baseX mode, Auto negotiation must be enabled. 

 

5.2.3.6  Negotiated 

When Auto Negotiation is enabled, this displays the mode negotiated. 

 

5.2.3.7  SFP Info 

This menu displays further information regarding the SFP device:
