Unlock the driver's door using the emergency key element

The charge socket flap is unlocked, but the opening mechanism is
jammed.

Lock the vehicle and unlock it again.
If, after that, the opening mechanism is still jammed:

Consult a qualified specialist workshop.
The charging cable can-
not be inserted into the
vehicle socket.
The vehicle is locked.

Unlock the vehicle (

The vehicle socket is locked.

Shift the transmission to position P.

Switch the ignition off.
The high-voltage battery
is not being charged.

A malfunction has occurred during the initialisation of the charging

Remove the charging cable connector from the vehicle socket and
re-insert it into the vehicle socket.
If the problem persists:

The connection between the vehicle and the external current source
