PERIODIC MAINTENANCE CALENDAR
FREQUENCY OPERATION METHOD
Every Week
Check steam system holes.
Do not leave water to cause corrosion in the oven if any
dry (you can avoid holes’ clogging)
Check whether electronic
display properties operate.
If there is any damaged button, replace it.
Check water installation
connections.
Check all connection and ensure that whether there is
any leak, fix if there is any leak.
Check the efficiency of the
safety devices.
If there is any problem with the safety devices, please
ask for support from the authorized service.
Every Month Check oven screws. Tighten if there are any loosen screws.
Every 3
Months
Check injection system. Check injection nozzles, if broken replace them.
Check circulation fan and
steam evacuation fan.
Check and lubricate bearings, if broken, replace them.
Every 6
Months
Check motor and motor
cooling fans.
Clean cooling fans and motor flanges.
Check water inlet filter. Replace if the filter is damaged.
Every 6-10
Months
Check whether resistances
are operative.

POSSIBLE FAILURE AND CAUSES

Irregular steam
release
If the steam discharge fan is not
turning to the correct direction.
Check it and ensure correct connection.
If the discharge pipe do not
discharge.
Check the discharge pipe and clean if its
congested or dirty.
Failing to deliver steam in the oven. Check oven steam channels, clean if they are
dirty or congested.
Insufficient water mains connection
Check the mains pressure
Check whether connection installation
congested and solve this problem with
appropriate tools.
Check water installation connection
elements.
If the period set on the control
panel is short
Increase steam duration gradually until
requested condition is met.
If solenoid valve does not function
correctly.
Replace solenoid valve.
Steam discharge valve open. Turn steam discharge valve off.
