General Information on Maintenance
The following procedures shall be realized by a single personnel unless otherwise is stated.
General Rules
• Maintenance and repair work must only be performed by authorized qualified personnel.
• Unless otherwise stated, maintenance must be performed after the machine is turned off and all
power sources are shut down.
• If the machine needs to be operated during maintenance / adjustment, the operator may; keep
unauthorized personnel safe distance.
• Use protective goggles, gloves and masks during maintenance (during pressurized air use during
cleaning).
• Wear protective gloves and gloves when contact with detergents or oils.
• Do not leave wastes around and check them.
• Operator should restart the machine after any maintenance.
• Check whether there are any foreign matters on the machine.
Regular Maintenance Procedures
Below is a chain of operations;
Cleaning of inlet water filter
Oven interior wall cleaning
Cleaning of oven rotating racks and trays
Cooking compartment lighting
Routine Operations
Feed Water Filter Cleaning
Clean the plumbing filter connected to the machine
Content
Use compressed air to clean and remove the filter
Reinstall the filter and replace the seal if damaged
Steam Injection
Treatment water is recommended. To prevent calcification of the connection installations. Healthy
vaporization is carried out.
