The electrical panel is equipped with a ventilation system to prevent electrical circuits from being
damaged in extreme temperatures.
Materials required for the machine’s electrical connection;
• 1 PIECE 3 x 40 A FUSE REQUIRED FOR ROTARY CONVECTION
• 1 PIECE 3 x 16 A FUSE NOVA LAYER FOR REQUIRED
• 1 PIECE 1 x 20 A FUSE IS REQUIRED FOR YEAST CHAMBER
• IT OPERATES WITH 3 PHASE (380 V / 50 Hz) 25 A FOR ROTARY CONVECTION PER PHASE.
• IT OPERATES WITH 3 PHASE (380 V / 50 Hz) AND IT IS 10 A FOR NOVA LAYER PER PHASE.
• IT OPERATES WITH 3 PHASE (380 V / 50 Hz) AND IT IS 15 A FOR YEAST CHAMBER.
• 5 x 6 ANTIGRON CABLE (SINGLE CORE)
• 5 x10 ANTIGRONE CABLE (SIZE CHANGES BY DISTANCE)
• FRESH WATER ENTRY SHOULD BE DRAWN TO 2,2 m HEIGHT FROM THE GROUND WHERE THE
OVEN IS TO BE INSTALLED WITH ½” PVC PIPE
• WASTE WATER DRAIN SHOULD BE LEVEL AND 1,5 m PROXIMITY TO OVEN.
OPERATING TE OVEN
Intended Use and Place of the Oven
Oven is designed and manufactured for the manufacture of products made of pizza, dry pastry, bread,
in short products with the exception of products with an exacerbating content (alcohol content) and
for the heating of baked products. This oven can be operated with liquid or gas fuel by the use of
suitable igniters.
Conditions not to Use the Oven
Its use under following conditions is forbidden:
• Use in cooking food such as meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and cheese, unless specified in the
contract without the knowledge of the manufacturer.
• Operation in the event of an explosion or environmental hazard
• Use in a fire-free environment
• Use in unprotected areas
• Use when the electromagnetic interlock is disabled
• Without safety and protection equipment
• The use of specified values and specifications is prohibited.
