Settings Display
Settings > User Display
Settings Display is
the display where the
parameters associated
with the furnace are
stored. This screen is
divided into 6 tabs.
Under the User tab, the
user has general settings.
STEP BUTTON DESCRIPTION

It is the control used to set the current time and
date of the device. Clicking on opens the input
screen, where we can give the set-point.

Manual temperature is the default set value
when opening the Manual cooking screen.

After the steam, the fan delay indicates how many
seconds the fans and heaters will be held after the
steam supplied to the cabinet.

Manual steam time is the default set-point
when the manual cooking screen is switched
on.

Manual time is the default set value when
opening the Manual cooking screen.

Cooking complete alarm is the field that allows
us to set whether or not the alarm buzzers when
cooking is complete.

The cooking-ready signal is the field that allows us
to adjust the duration of the signal to be given when
preheating is complete.
