Initial Start-up
• Perform the following steps for initial start-up.
• Make sure that there are no foreign substances in the cooking chamber.
• Make sure that the doors are completely closed.
• Check whether the burner is switched on in our Stella oven versions with natural gas.
• Plug the power cord into the power supply.
• Switch on the water on / off tap for water supply.
• Make sure that there are no leakage electrical connections in the circuits.
• Set the temperature values.
• Set how long the product will be cooked on the electronic screen
• From the oven’s electronic display, press the start section and make sure that the temperature
indicator signal is lit.
At first the oven is operated at the following temperature values;
Post-Cooking Operations
After cooking time, the cooking process on the electronic display (end of the automatic setting) is
complete. Empty the oven after the following operations;
• When you open the oven glass door, open it carefully to avoid steam and make sure that the
automatic steam aspirator is activated.
• Take the product with a glove as the product is very hot after cooking.
• Leave the oven glass door open after the cooking process and help dissolve the hot air inside.
• Keep the oven area and the inside clean and do not work in mass.
• Check the oven cooking compartments for debris.
• Press the oven switch.
• Turn off the water connection valve of the oven.
• Disconnect the oven from the mains.

1ST HOUR 80 Cº
2nd HOUR 130 Cº
3rd HOUR 180 Cº
4th HOUR 210 Cº
5TH HOUR 250 Cº
Temperature increases by 8-10 C° every minute until steam production reaches the desired point.
