Settings > Yeast Display  

There are parameters related to the operation of the yeast chamber under Settings> Yeast tab.

When the fermentation heat is entered in the 

yeast chamber display, the temperature set-

point in the display indicates the value that 

will be in place.

When fermentation moisture is entered into 

the yeast chamber display, steam set-point 

on the display indicates the value that will be 

in place.
