Picture functions
Enlarge image – ZOOM

Press the ZOOM button. The zoom symbol appears The image is enlarged from the centre outwards.
Press ZOOM once: Enlargement factor 2x
Press ZOOM twice: Enlargement factor 3x
Press
ZOOM
three times: Zoom factor 4x.
When you press
ZOOM
for the fourth time you return to the normal view.

You can use the navigation keys to select the section of the enlarged image that you wish to view.
Camera position – ANGLE (DVD only)
On some DVDs certain scenes have been recorded from multiple camera angles.

Press ANGLE to activate this function. If multiple camera angles are available, then both a camera icon
and the currently selected camera angle/total number of camera angles are displayed.

Press the
ANGLE
key again to switch to the next camera position. The image changes after a few
seconds.
MENU and TITLE/PBC
You can call up the menus stored on the DVD using the
TITLE/PBC
and
MENU
buttons.
You navigate to the items in the DVD menu using the navigation keys. Confirm each entry with
ENTER
.
Please note that the menus that are available when you press a button will depend on the DVD. E. g. some
DVDs only have one menu that appears for the two call-up methods.
PBC function (VCD 2.0 only)
Some type 2.0 VCDs that have a title/chapter structure give the option of playback control.
Using PBC (
TITLE/PBC
button) you can switch the extended functions on or off, for controlling the
title/chapter. Possible functions include:

Direct selection of titles/chapters

SKIP functions
Please note that the precise functions available depend on the VCD.
