A: ECGs enable and B:ECGs enable pages are used to display ECGs
status and cannot be parameterized. It is the DCA that can be used to
parameterize group assignment and new ECG installation.
no use: There is no ECG found or connected.
out group: The ECG has been found and NOT assigned to a group.
in group: The ECG has been found and assigned to a group.

This page only appears when the ECG is not assigned to a group.
There are NAME&TYPE, FAILURE&RECOVERY, DIMMING CURVE,
SWITCH, DIMMING, STATUS, LOCK and FUNCTIONS in the page.
