Mount the Lift Arms

 

1.

 

Refer to the appropriate layout diagram in appendix C.  Place a mark on the center bar and wings 

at the locations for each of the lift arms.  Be sure the dimensions are for your unit.   

2.

 

Center a lift arm on each of these marks and secure using two 1/2” x 9 1/2” (1/2” x 11” for 2070 

and 2080 models) bolts, lock washers, and hex nuts for each lift arm.  Refer to Figure 11.

NOTE: There are four special lift arms that have a hydraulic hose clip welded to them.  They are to 

be installed on either side of the hinge knuckle on the center bar and wings.  See the figure below.
