Shield List

You can download the allow or deny list you have created so you can store a copy. To
download a copy, perform the following steps.

On the Allow, Deny, or Recipient Shield window, click

A download window is displayed. Email Protection automatically creates a Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet (*.csv file) containing the address list. You can choose to save the
file or open it directly.

Addresses with a Batch File

Using a text editor, create a text file that contains one email address per line, and save
it to your computer.

On the Allow, Deny, or Recipient Shield window, click
