Installing extensions for ticketing server on page 303

You must integrate your ticketing system with ePolicy Orchestrator before you can issue
tickets. The files that you copy to ePolicy Orchestrator depend on your ticketing system.

Registering and mapping a ticketing server on page 305

Use these tasks to register and map a ticketing server. You must complete these tasks
before tickets can be added to issues. Only one registered ticketing server can exist at a
time.

Installing extensions for ticketing server

You must integrate your ticketing system with ePolicy Orchestrator before you can issue tickets. The
files that you copy to ePolicy Orchestrator depend on your ticketing system.
