To Remove the TinyFit Infant Insert
If your child weighs more than 22 lbs. or the child’s
head is at or above the TinyFit infant insert or if you
are using this seat forward-facing, you
MUST
remove
the TinyFit infant insert.
Remove Harness from
Splitter Plate
With harness system loose,
from the back of the seat,
remove harness from
splitter plate.

Pull Harness Straps Out
of TinyFit Infant Insert
Slots in Shell
Lean the TinyFit infant
insert forward and pull the
harness straps out of the
shell.
3.
Pull Harness Straps Out
of TinyFit Infant Insert
Upper Slots
Lean the TinyFit infant insert
back into the seat and
remove harness straps.
4.
Raise the Headrest
Squeeze the headrest
adjustment lever and pull up
on the headrest.

Attach Harness Straps to
Splitter Plate
Make sure the harness
ends
are completely on
the splitter plate
and
the harness straps are not
twisted.

Push TinyFit Infant
Insert into Back of Child
Restraint

Lower the Headrest
Squeeze the headrest
adjustment lever and push
down on the headrest
firmly to help hold the insert
into place. Make sure the
headrest is in a locked
position.
10.
Harness system must be reattached correctly.
Failure to follow these steps can result in
serious injury or death.
